- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese, divided
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- Salt and black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Boil salted water and cook egg noodles until al dente (7-9 minutes). Drain well.
