Instructions
- In a large pot over low heat, melt the butter. Add marshmallows and stir until fully melted and smooth.
- Mix in mint extract and optional green food coloring until desired color is achieved.
- Gently fold in Rice Krispies until evenly coated with the marshmallow mixture.
- Stir in semisweet chocolate chips until well combined.
- Transfer to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, pressing down evenly with a spatula or wax paper.
- Melt white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl; drizzle over the top of the treats.
- Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
