Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a Bundt pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Stir in lime zest and vanilla extract.
