Instructions
- Press and drain the tofu to remove excess moisture, then cut into bite-sized cubes.
- Toss the tofu cubes with cornstarch until evenly coated.
- Heat vegetable oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat; cook the tofu until golden brown and crispy on all sides (about 10-12 minutes). Remove from skillet.
