- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 ounces)
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 bay leaf
- 3 large carrots
- 2 pounds russet potatoes
