Description

Indulge in a mouthwatering Chicken Noodle Stir Fry that brings together tender chicken breast, vibrant vegetables, and egg noodles, all enveloped in a savory soy sauce glaze. This dish is not only bursting with flavor but also quick to prepare—perfect for busy weeknights or casual gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces egg noodles
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup bell peppers (any color)
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 1 cup carrots
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the egg noodles in boiling salted water according to package instructions; drain.
  2. In a skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Season sliced chicken with salt and pepper, then cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from skillet.
  3. Add more oil to the skillet and stir-fry bell peppers, snap peas, and carrots for about 3-4 minutes. Add minced garlic and ginger; cook for an additional 30 seconds.
  4. Return the chicken to the skillet along with cooked noodles and sauces. Toss everything together for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
