  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 cup beef or chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper, and parsley. Form into small meatballs.
  2. Using the Instant Pot on ‘Sauté’ mode, heat olive oil and brown the meatballs on all sides for about 5 minutes; remove from pot.
  3. Add flour to the pot and whisk for about a minute. Gradually stir in broth and Worcestershire sauce; bring to a simmer.
  4. Return meatballs to the pot; close lid and cook on high pressure for 5 minutes.
  5. Once cooked, perform a quick release of pressure and stir in heavy cream until well combined.
