- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 large egg
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1 cup beef or chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper, and parsley. Form into small meatballs.
- Using the Instant Pot on ‘Sauté’ mode, heat olive oil and brown the meatballs on all sides for about 5 minutes; remove from pot.
- Add flour to the pot and whisk for about a minute. Gradually stir in broth and Worcestershire sauce; bring to a simmer.
- Return meatballs to the pot; close lid and cook on high pressure for 5 minutes.
- Once cooked, perform a quick release of pressure and stir in heavy cream until well combined.
