Ingredients
- 12 ounces cheese tortellini
- 6 ounces pancetta, diced
- 1 cup fresh or frozen baby peas

- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the tortellini in boiling salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and reserve a small amount of pasta water.
