- 1 cup broccoli florets

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Pierce the potatoes and bake for 45-60 minutes until tender.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced chicken seasoned with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Cook until fully cooked.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cooked chicken with steamed broccoli, cheese, sour cream, and half of the chopped green onions.
