- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract

- 4 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan and line it with parchment paper.
- Melt the butter in a large saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in sugar, then add eggs one at a time along with vanilla.
- In another bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder. Gradually mix into wet ingredients until combined.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes. Cool completely before frosting.
- Prepare mint frosting by mixing powdered sugar, milk, peppermint extract, and food coloring until smooth. Spread over cooled brownies.
- For ganache, simmer heavy cream then stir in chopped chocolate until smooth. Pour over frosted brownies and let set.
