  • 24 Oreo cookies (for the crust)
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 16 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon mint extract
  • 2 cups whipped topping (thawed)
  • Optional: ¼ cup green food coloring
  • 12 Oreo cookies (chopped for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, combine crushed Oreo cookies with melted butter. Press into the bottom of a greased 9×13-inch baking dish to form the crust. Bake for 10 minutes and cool.
  2. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth in a large bowl. Gradually add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and mint extract; mix until well combined.
  3. Gently fold in thawed whipped topping until fully incorporated. Add green food coloring if desired.
  4. Spread cheesecake filling over cooled crust and sprinkle with chopped Oreos, pressing lightly into the filling.
