Ingredients

  • 8 ounces dark chocolate, chopped
  • 8 ounces white chocolate, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • Green food coloring (as needed)
  • 1/4 cup crushed peppermint candies

Instructions

  1. Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals until smooth.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the melted dark chocolate evenly on it. Refrigerate until set.
  3. Melt the white chocolate similarly, then stir in peppermint extract and green food coloring.
  4. Pour the mint layer over the dark chocolate and spread evenly.
  5. Top with crushed peppermint candies and optional sea salt.
  6. Chill for another 30 minutes until fully set, then cut into pieces.
