  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup honey (or maple syrup for vegan)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust to taste)
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Press and drain the tofu, then cut it into bite-sized cubes and coat with cornstarch.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the tofu for 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy.
