Description

  • 1 cup (8 full crackers or 120 grams) graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 sticks (226 grams) unsalted butter (at cool room temperature)
  • ¼ cup (50 grams) granulated sugar
  • 1 cup (200 grams) light brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs (at cool room temperature)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup (170 grams) miniature chocolate chips
  • 1 ½ cups mini marshmallows
  • 23 milk chocolate candy bars (broken into pieces)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In a large bowl, beat together softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time and mix in vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients until just combined, then fold in miniature chocolate chips.
  6. Using a cookie scoop, drop dough onto prepared baking sheets about 1 ½ inches apart.
  7. Bake for 6-7 minutes until edges are set; remove from oven.
  8. Quickly add marshmallows and chocolate pieces on top before returning to the oven for another 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
