Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp ground black or white pepper
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 2 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup apple juice or cider
  • 4 tbsp butter (cubed)
