  • 1 cup Biscoff cookie butter

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup salted caramel sauce (for topping)

Instructions

  1. For the crust, mix crushed Biscoff cookies with melted butter and press into the bottom of a springform pan. Chill to set.
  2. In a bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar, Biscoff cookie butter, and vanilla extract.
