  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 8 slider rolls
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic

  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder, Italian herbs, breadcrumbs, and egg until combined. Form into 12 meatballs.
