- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup sliced pepperoni (optional)
- 1 package refrigerated pizza dough
- 1 large egg (for egg wash)

- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, seasoning with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning until browned. Stir in minced garlic for the last minute.
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Roll out the pizza dough into a 12-inch circle on a floured surface.
