  • 1 cup napa cabbage, finely chopped
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 20 dumpling wrappers
  • Vegetable oil (for frying)
  • Water (for steaming)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, napa cabbage, green onions, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  2. Place one dumpling wrapper on a clean surface. Add 1 tablespoon of filling to the center and moisten the edges with water. Fold and pinch to seal tightly.
