  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 large red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 large green bell pepper, sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, whole
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil and spices. Add chicken thighs and coat well. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.
