  • 1 cup pickles, diced
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil potatoes and carrots until tender; cool before dicing. Thaw frozen peas.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine diced potatoes, carrots, peas, chopped eggs, chicken or ham, onion, and pickles.
