Ingredients
- 19 oz graham crackers
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 2 (3.4 oz) packages vanilla instant pudding
- 2.5 cups cold milk
- 12 oz Cool Whip (or homemade whipped cream)
- 3 cups fresh strawberries (sliced)
- 1.5 cups fresh blueberries
- 2 oz white chocolate chips (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese and dry pudding mixes until well combined. Gradually add cold milk until smooth. Gently fold in Cool Whip.
- Spread a thin layer of reserved Cool Whip in a 9×13 inch pan; layer with graham crackers to cover the bottom.
- Spread half of the pudding mixture over the graham crackers followed by half of the sliced strawberries and blueberries.
- Repeat layers with remaining ingredients.
