- 2 large eggs
- 1 ½ cups milk
- 2 tablespoons melted butter

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
