Ingredients
- 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- Food coloring (red and green)

Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, melt semisweet chocolate chips with half of the sweetened condensed milk over low heat, stirring until smooth. Stir in vanilla and pour into a greased 8×8-inch pan. Chill for 30 minutes.
- In another saucepan, melt white chocolate chips with remaining sweetened condensed milk and butter until smooth. Divide into two bowls; tint one red and one green.
- Once the chocolate layer has set, spoon alternating amounts of colored white chocolate on top. Swirl gently and sprinkle with holiday decorations.
