Ingredients
2 cups water (filtered or spring)
1/4 teaspoon Japanese pink salt
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon raw honey (or to taste)
Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
1. Boil the water and remove from heat. Let it cool for about a minute.
2. Add Japanese pink salt to the warm water and stir until fully dissolved.
3. Mix in fresh lemon juice and raw honey until blended.
4. Pour into a glass and serve warm or over ice.
5. Add a lemon slice for extra flavor if desired.
Notes
Use filtered or spring water for best flavor.
Let water cool slightly before adding salt to preserve flavor.
Start with less honey and adjust to taste.
