- 24 wonton wrappers

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Lightly spray a muffin tin with cooking spray. Press each wonton wrapper into the cups to form a shape.
