Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, combine melted butter and granulated sugar. Add eggs and vanilla extract; mix until smooth.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture until just combined. Pour into prepared pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs. Let cool completely.
- Prepare the mint frosting by beating together powdered sugar, softened butter, heavy cream, peppermint extract, and optional green food coloring until fluffy. Spread over cooled brownies.
