Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread the cubed bread on a baking sheet and toast for 10-15 minutes until lightly golden.
- In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Sauté the onions and celery until softened, then add garlic and herbs, cooking until fragrant.
- In a mixing bowl, combine toasted bread cubes with sautéed vegetables and parsley. Gradually stir in enough broth to moisten. Mix in beaten eggs.
