Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 2 cups green beans, trimmed
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- Optional: 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef with diced potatoes, green beans, onion, beef broth, cream of mushroom soup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, thyme, and paprika.
