  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups baby carrots, halved
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 lemon, sliced

Instructions
