Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, pepper, and parsley. Mix until just combined.
- Shape mixture into meatballs and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F/74°C).
- For tzatziki, mix Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper in a bowl; refrigerate for at least 15 minutes before serving.
