Instructions
- For the cookie crust, mix flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and salt in one bowl. In another bowl, cream together softened butter and sugar. Add egg and vanilla; mix until combined. Gradually add dry ingredients while mixing until fully incorporated. Chill the dough for at least 20 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Grease a pizza pan and press chilled dough into the pan. Bake for 17–19 minutes until lightly browned; cool completely.
