- 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- ½ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Pat the chicken thighs dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
