  • 10 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 1 pound sirloin or ribeye steak, thinly sliced
  • 8 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 large green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the seasoned steak until browned. Remove from skillet.
  3. Sauté mushrooms, bell pepper, onion, and garlic in the same skillet until tender.
