- 2 tablespoons butter

- 4 sandwich buns, buttered and grilled

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, egg, Panko bread crumbs, Cholula hot sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, cumin, and chili powder. Mix until just combined.
- Shape mixture into four equal patties with a slight indentation in the center.
