  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced

Instructions

  1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and cornstarch; let rest for 10 minutes.
  2. Blanch broccoli in boiling water for 1-2 minutes, then drain.
  3. In a skillet or wok, heat oil over medium-high heat and stir-fry chicken until browned and cooked through (5-7 minutes). Remove from skillet.
  4. Sauté garlic in the same skillet for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Add chicken back to skillet with blanched broccoli; combine soy sauce and broth in a bowl and pour over mixture.
  6. Bring to boil, then simmer for 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens slightly; drizzle with sesame oil before serving.
