  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add shredded chicken and seasonings; sauté for about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). In a baking dish, layer Alfredo sauce, noodles, ricotta cheese, chicken mixture, and mozzarella. Repeat layers ending with noodles topped with Alfredo sauce and remaining cheeses.
  4. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes; remove foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
