- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
- 2 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 4 flatbreads
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup diced bell peppers
- ½ cup sliced green onions
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine chicken, sweet chilli sauce, olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Toss to coat.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken mixture for 6-8 minutes until fully cooked.
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). On a baking sheet, arrange flatbreads and top with cooked chicken, mozzarella cheese, bell peppers, and green onions.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro if desired before slicing and serving hot.
