  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon cumin

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and chili powder.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Remove and shred.
  3. Sauté minced garlic in the same skillet for 30 seconds until fragrant.

  5. Add shredded chicken back to the skillet and top with cheeses. Cover and cook on low until melted (about 5 minutes).
