- 8 ounces rotini pasta
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente. In the last three minutes, add broccoli florets to the boiling water. Drain both and set aside.
