  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (for brushing)
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Gradually mix in warm milk and melted butter to form a dough.
  2. Knead on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  3. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a towel, and let it rise in a warm area for about 1 hour until doubled in size.
  4. Roll out the dough into a rectangle, sprinkle with cheese and garlic, then roll tightly and cut into pieces.
  5. Place rolls in a greased baking dish and let them rise again for 30 minutes.
  6. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake for 15-17 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Brush baked rolls with melted butter and garnish with parsley before serving.
