Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- In another bowl, mix milk, eggs, vanilla extract, and melted butter. Combine wet and dry mixtures until just mixed.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or pot to 350°F (175°C). Fry spoonfuls of batter for about 2–3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Drain on paper towels and cool completely.
