Instructions

  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add cooked potatoes and broccoli to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and drizzle lemon juice over them. Toss gently for about 3-4 minutes until heated through.
  5. Transfer to a serving plate, garnish with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley if desired, then serve warm.
