Description

Blue Raspberry Lemonade is a vibrant and refreshing drink that combines the tartness of fresh lemon juice with the sweet, bold flavor of blue raspberry syrup. Ingredients

  • 4 cups cold water (divided)
  • 2/3 cup granulated sugar (or more to taste)
  • 3/4 cup fresh lemon juice (chilled)
  • 4 tablespoons blue raspberry syrup
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine 1 cup of water and sugar. Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves completely.
  2. Remove from heat and let the syrup cool to room temperature.
  3. In a pitcher, mix the cooled syrup with the remaining 3 cups of cold water and blue raspberry syrup. Stir well.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more sugar or lemon juice if desired. Serve over ice, garnished with lemon slices.
