  • 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 large carrot, thinly sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Marinate the beef with soy sauce and cornstarch for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; stir-fry carrots, bell pepper, broccoli, and onion for about 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp. Set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, heat remaining oil and stir-fry the marinated beef until browned (about 2-3 minutes per side).
  4. Add the cooked vegetables back to the skillet along with garlic, ginger, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil; stir well and heat through for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
