  • 1 cup granulated sugar (divided)
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 large egg yolks
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup honey
  • Powdered sugar for garnish

Instructions
