- 1 cup water (for each layer)
- 1 cup Baileys Irish Cream (for each layer)
- 1 package (3 oz) vanilla Jell-O
- 1 package (3 oz) chocolate Jell-O
- Whipped cream (for garnish)
- Chocolate shavings or cocoa powder (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a saucepan, boil 1 cup of water. Remove from heat, add vanilla Jell-O, and stir until dissolved. Mix in 1 cup of Baileys Irish Cream. Pour into shot glasses and refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Boil another cup of water; mix in chocolate Jell-O until dissolved. Cool slightly before adding 1 cup Baileys Irish Cream.
- Once the vanilla layer is set, carefully pour the chocolate mixture on top of it in each glass. Refrigerate for an additional 2 hours.
- Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate shavings before serving.
