Ingredients

  • 4 large croissants
  • 6 slices of bacon
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
  3. Whisk eggs, salt, pepper, and milk in a bowl. Melt butter in the same skillet, then add the egg mixture and garlic. Stir until set.
  4. Slice croissants in half lengthwise and fill with egg mixture and crumbled bacon. Top with cheddar and Parmesan.
  5. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes until warm and cheese melts.
