- 4 large croissants
- 6 slices of bacon
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- ¼ cup milk
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
